Blue Fox Casino Review 2026: Fair Wagering, Shaky Reputation

Blue Fox Casino is worth a look for the 10x wagering rather than the £1,000 headline, and its outside reputation is weak. I score it 3.0/5.

The one thing to know before you deposit: however much bonus you unlock, you can only ever withdraw £50 from bonus funds and £20 from free spin winnings. Blue Fox runs on ProgressPlay’s white-label platform, and ProgressPlay has been fined twice by the Gambling Commission since 2022.

Terms taken from a UK review site because the casino’s own terms page would not load for me; check the cashier before you deposit (source, 26 October 2026).

The package is advertised as up to £1,000 plus free spins, starting with 50 free spins on Big Bass Splash 1000 when you make a first deposit of £20 or more (the promotions page also mentions 100 spins across the whole package). Bonus funds carry 10x wagering within 30 days and spin winnings 10x within 7 days, but the caps do the real work: £50 is the most you can convert from bonus money and £20 from spins. Realistically, that means a bonus can turn into £50 of cash at most, plus up to £20 from the spins, so it suits someone depositing £20 to £100 at a time, not someone chasing the full £1,000. Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify. If 10x is new to you, my wagering requirements guide explains how it works.

Is Blue Fox safe? Licence and regulatory record

Domain bluefoxcasino.com
Operator ProgressPlay Limited
UKGC account 39335 (public register)
Licence status Active (checked 26 October 2026)
Shares a licence with the ProgressPlay white-label network
Regulatory action 9 May 2025: £1,000,000 financial penalty, a formal warning and an extra licence condition requiring an independent audit for anti-money-laundering and customer-interaction (safer gambling) failings (UKGC notice)
Regulatory action 17 May 2022: £175,718 regulatory settlement plus costs for anti-money-laundering and customer-interaction failings (UKGC notice)

A UKGC licence means Blue Fox must verify your age and identity, hold player funds under its stated protection level, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. If a dispute isn’t resolved by the casino, you can take it to the independent ADR provider named in its terms. More on what the licence covers in What is the UKGC?

What other review sites and players say about Blue Fox

Source Rating What it shows
AskGamblers CasinoRank 5.1/10 1 unresolved complaint (a withdrawal held for about two months)
Casino.guru Safety Index 6.3/10 1 complaint, unresolved
LCB No page found No LCB page for Blue Fox turned up
Casinomeister No review No Casinomeister review or rating for this casino (site search, 26 October 2026)
Trustpilot TrustScore 2.1/5 15 reviews (profile for casino.bluefoxcasino.com)

All figures checked on 26 October 2026. Ratings on these sites change; follow the links for the current numbers. Trustpilot and LCB ratings with fewer than 10 reviews or votes, or for a different domain, are shown but not counted in my score.

The sources I could read agree more than they usually do, and none of them is kind. Trustpilot gives a TrustScore of 2.1/5 from 15 reviews (on the profile for the games subdomain), Casino.guru rates it 6.3/10 with one unresolved complaint, and AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 5.1/10, also with one unresolved complaint about a withdrawal held for about two months. The recurring themes in player reviews are withdrawals stuck in review, ID documents being rejected more than once, and slow or automated support replies. Casino.guru also rates the bonus terms as unfair. LCB has no page for Blue Fox that I could find, so there’s no member rating to add. Casinomeister has not reviewed Blue Fox: its site search on 26 October 2026 returned no review page, so there is no Casinomeister rating or accreditation to report. I’ll add it when I can read it.

On the regulatory side, Blue Fox’s licence is held by ProgressPlay Limited (account 39335). The Gambling Commission fined ProgressPlay £1,000,000 in May 2025, with a formal warning and an independent audit, for anti-money-laundering and safer gambling failings, after a £175,718 settlement over similar failings in May 2022. The licence is active, but two actions in three years is a pattern, not a one-off. My guide to the UKGC explains what these actions mean for players.

Blue Fox welcome package in testing

I tested Blue Fox in May and June 2026. Registration took under three minutes: email, password, name, date of birth and address. No code was needed and the bonus switched on with my first deposit.

At the time, the first-deposit spins were on Book of Dead and were credited the same day. Blue Fox has since moved them to Big Bass Splash 1000, so my spin result isn’t a useful guide to what you’ll get now.

The second stage is where I learned the most. I deposited £100 and got a £25 bonus at the 25% match rate. The 10x wagering meant £250 of play, which took me about four ordinary slots sessions across a week. Each stage carries its own wagering and its own clock, so working through every stage means weeks of steady play.

The £1,000 figure needs some context. When I tested, the largest stage was a 25% match up to £600, which needs a £2,400 deposit on its own to max out. And because of the £50 conversion cap, a bigger stage bonus doesn’t mean a bigger withdrawal from it. I would set a budget and stop at the stage that fits it.

Blue Fox games and live casino

Blue Fox lists 1,500+ games. The providers I found were Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Yggdrasil and Evolution, so the usual suspects are all there: Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza from Pragmatic, NetEnt’s back catalogue, Immortal Romance from Microgaming, and Yggdrasil titles such as Valley of the Gods and Joker Millions. I didn’t spot any obvious gaps among the big modern studios.

The live lobby is better than average for a white-label site. Evolution supplies Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Lightning Roulette, plus blackjack and roulette tables at a range of stakes. In my June 2026 test, the live roulette stream stayed stable for a 30-minute session.

One thing to bear in mind for the bonus: support told me that live casino and table games contribute less, or nothing, towards wagering. Slots are the way to clear it, and it is worth checking the contribution table in the terms before you pick a game.

Blue Fox payments and withdrawals

Blue Fox takes Visa and Mastercard debit, PayPal and Skrill. The minimum deposit is £20 per stage and the minimum withdrawal is £10. Credit cards aren’t accepted, as with every UK-licensed casino.

  • PayPal: my withdrawal in May/June 2026 was processed in about 18 hours.
  • Debit cards: Blue Fox quotes 1 to 3 business days.
  • Skrill and Neteller: deposits with these don’t qualify for the welcome package, so use a card or PayPal for each bonus stage.

Two terms catch people out. Wagering comes from your real balance first, and making a withdrawal request cancels any active or pending bonus. So if you are partway through a stage and cash out, the bonus goes.

My own PayPal withdrawal went smoothly, but I would not ignore the outside picture. Held withdrawals and repeated ID rejections are the most common complaints about Blue Fox, so I would upload your documents early, before you have a balance you want to take out. My PayPal casinos guide covers how PayPal withdrawals usually work.

Blue Fox mobile and customer support

There is no app, but the mobile site does the job. I tested it on iOS Safari in June 2026. The layout adapted well to a small screen, game search and the category menus worked cleanly, and the live casino streams picked a sensible quality for my connection without me touching anything. The cashier, account settings and live chat all work on mobile, so I never needed to switch to a laptop.

Support is by live chat. In my May 2026 test, a reply arrived in 6 minutes, which was slower than most casinos I tested around the same time. I asked whether the 10x wagering applied to the match bonus, the free spin winnings, or both. The answer was correct: each carries its own 10x requirement, and they are dealt with one after the other.

So, accurate but slow, and that fits with what players say elsewhere about support being slow or automated. If you have a withdrawal query, I would raise it early in the day rather than waiting for a reply late at night.

  • Weak third-party ratings, with unresolved withdrawal complaints

Is Blue Fox worth joining? My verdict

Blue Fox Casino is a ProgressPlay white-label casino with a decent game library, a good Evolution live lobby and fair 10x wagering, which I score 3.0/5. It suits a player who wants to deposit £20 to £100, take the 50 free spins on Big Bass Splash 1000 that come with a first deposit of £20 or more, and play slots without expecting the £1,000 headline to turn into £1,000 of cash. The £50 and £20 conversion caps mean the real value is modest.

The main caveat is trust. Third-party scores are low across Trustpilot, Casino.guru and AskGamblers, the complaints centre on held withdrawals and ID checks, and the operator has two Gambling Commission enforcement actions since 2022. My own PayPal withdrawal was quick, but I would verify your account before depositing much. If you like this platform, compare it with Betrino, another ProgressPlay site.
