HotStreak Casino is worth a look if you want a small, simple first-deposit offer and quick PayPal withdrawals, and I rate it 4.0/5. The one thing you need to know before you pay in: the free spins offer has to be picked from the deposit drop-down first, because it cannot be added afterwards.

I tested HotStreak in June 2026, from sign-up through to a PayPal withdrawal. It runs on the UK licence of Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, which it shares with Jackpot Mobile and Royal Valley. That operator was fined £60,000 by the Gambling Commission in June 2025, which I cover below.

HotStreak welcome offer: what you actually get

The offer is 50 free spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza when you make a first deposit of £20 and stake £20 of your own cash on slots, having selected the offer in the deposit drop-down before you pay. The spins are worth 10p each, so £5 in total, and they are credited within 7 days and last 7 days. The terms state no wagering on spin winnings, but anything above £50 is not paid, and it is one claim across the whole Grace Media network. Realistically you are looking at a few pounds back: my own 50 spins paid £4.30. It suits a slots player who was going to put £20 through anyway, not someone hoping the spins will cover the deposit. My no-wagering casinos page lists similar offers.

Is HotStreak safe? Licence and regulatory record

A UKGC licence means HotStreak must verify your age and identity, hold player funds under its stated protection level, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. If a dispute isn’t resolved by the casino, you can take it to the independent ADR provider named in its terms. More on what the licence covers in What is the UKGC?

What other review sites and players say about HotStreak

All figures checked on 26 October 2026. Ratings on these sites change; follow the links for the current numbers. Trustpilot and LCB ratings with fewer than 10 reviews or votes, or for a different domain, are shown but not counted in my score.

The third-party picture is thin rather than bad. Casino.guru gives HotStreak a Safety Index of 6.7/10 and AskGamblers a CasinoRank of 6.2/10, so the two big review sites land in roughly the same middling place. Casino.guru has one complaint, about bonus winnings, which it rejected, and AskGamblers has no complaints and a single player rating. Casino.guru does rate the terms as unfair, flagging clauses that allow winnings to be confiscated for certain betting patterns and balances to be deducted from inactive accounts. Read those before you play. LCB members rate it 2.1/5, but from only 7 votes, which is below the 10 I need before a member rating counts towards my score. LCB lists no complaints or warnings, though its write-up dates from 2022 and is partly out of date. There is no Trustpilot profile for hotstreakcasino.com; the only live one is for hotstreakcasino.uk, a domain not on the UKGC register, so I have left its 2.5 score out. Casinomeister has not reviewed HotStreak: its site search on 26 October 2026 returned no review page, so there is no Casinomeister rating or accreditation to report.

On the regulatory side the licence is active, but Grace Media paid a £60,000 penalty in June 2025 for breaches of the remote self-exclusion and direct-marketing consent rules. The Commission noted that the firm cooperated and put the failures down to human error. It is a modest fine, but self-exclusion is not a minor area to get wrong.

How I claimed the HotStreak free spins

I tested the claim in June 2026. Registration took under two minutes and the verification email arrived in about 30 seconds. On the deposit page I picked “50 Free Spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza” from the promotion drop-down, then deposited and staked £20 on Sweet Bonanza. A notification said the spins would arrive within 7 days. They turned up in about 2 hours, pre-loaded in Big Bass Football Bonanza.

• Select the offer first. Deposit without choosing it and it cannot be added afterwards.
• Cash stakes on slots only. Bonus funds, spins from other promotions and bets on table games or live casino do not count towards the £20.
• The £20 can be split. Live chat confirmed you can spread it across several slot sessions.

Big Bass Football Bonanza is a Pragmatic Play slot built on the Big Bass formula, with goalkeepers standing in for the fishermen. I triggered the free spins feature twice during my run and the 50 spins returned £4.30, which went straight to my withdrawable balance. I took it out the same day by PayPal.

HotStreak games and sportsbook

HotStreak has 500+ games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Relax Gaming and Push Gaming. That is lean next to the big warehouse lobbies, and I think it works in its favour: a tidy 500-game lobby is easier to get round than 3,000 games padded out with obscure providers.

Pragmatic Play is the main supplier, so you get Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, the Big Bass series and Pragmatic’s Megaways range. Relax Gaming adds Money Train 3 and Snake Arena, and Push Gaming brings Jammin’ Jars.

HotStreak is a sports-and-casino hybrid. A sportsbook covering football, tennis and horse racing sits alongside the casino, and that is part of why the casino side is smaller than at casino-only brands. For a slots-first player it is adequate. If live casino or table games are your main thing, the selection here is limited and you will probably want a bigger site.

HotStreak payments and withdrawals

HotStreak takes Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is £10, credit cards are not accepted under UKGC rules, and there are no crypto options.

• PayPal: deposits are instant, and in my June 2026 testing withdrawals were processed in under 4 hours.
• Visa and Mastercard debit: 1 to 3 business days.
• Bank transfer: 3 to 5 business days.

The PayPal speed is the standout. My £4.30 from the free spins was withdrawn the same day and processed within a few hours, which is quicker than the 1 to 3 business days I see at a lot of UK sites. If PayPal is your preferred way to pay, my PayPal casinos page compares other options. Card and bank transfer times above are HotStreak’s published ranges rather than something I timed myself.

HotStreak mobile site and customer support

I tested HotStreak on Chrome on iOS in June 2026. The site loaded quickly and the lobby was well laid out on a phone: category filters work without lots of scrolling and the game tiles are a sensible size for touch. Big Bass Football Bonanza ran without buffering or layout problems during my spins session. There is no app, and you do not need one, as the cashier, account settings and live chat all work in the browser.

Support is by live chat. Before registering I asked whether the £20 stake for the spins had to be placed in one session or could be spread across several. I had an answer in under 3 minutes, and it was correct: it can be split. That detail is not obvious from the terms, and I have seen players get it wrong elsewhere.

Deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks and self-exclusion are all in the account menu, and HotStreak is part of GamStop. My GamStop guide explains how that works.

HotStreak pros and cons

Is HotStreak worth joining? My verdict

HotStreak Casino is a small, UKGC-licensed slots and sports site run by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and I rate it 4.0/5. Its welcome offer is 50 free spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza after a first deposit of £20 and a £20 cash stake on slots, with no stated wagering on winnings and a £50 cap. In my June 2026 test the spins arrived in about 2 hours and a PayPal withdrawal was processed in under 4 hours.

It suits slots players who want an uncomplicated first deposit and fast PayPal payouts, not anyone after a huge lobby or much live casino. The main caveat is the operator’s record: a £60,000 Gambling Commission penalty in June 2025 over self-exclusion and marketing consent, plus terms that Casino.guru rates as unfair. Read the terms, set a deposit limit, and treat the spins as a small extra rather than a reason to deposit.

HotStreak FAQs

Is HotStreak Casino licensed in the UK?

Yes. HotStreak is run by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited under UK Gambling Commission account 57869, and hotstreakcasino.com is listed as an active domain on the register. The operator received a £60,000 penalty in June 2025 for breaches of self-exclusion and marketing consent rules.

Do I need to wager the winnings from the HotStreak free spins?

The current terms state no wagering on winnings from the 50 free spins, which you get after a first deposit of £20 and a £20 cash stake on slots. Winnings are capped at £50. If you see a 30x deposit match quoted for HotStreak elsewhere, that offer is out of date.

How fast are HotStreak withdrawals?

In my June 2026 test, a PayPal withdrawal was processed in under 4 hours. HotStreak’s published times are 1 to 3 business days for debit cards and 3 to 5 business days for bank transfer.

Is HotStreak Casino on GamStop?

Yes. HotStreak is part of GamStop, so players registered with the scheme are blocked. Deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, reality checks and self-exclusion are also available in the account menu.
