I checked these terms on the casino’s own promotions page (source, 5 November 2026).
SpinzWin is worth it only if you read past the headline. The welcome package says up to £1,000 plus 100 free spins on Starburst and Big Bad Wolf for a £10 minimum deposit, but the most you can convert is £50 from the bonus and £20 from the spins. I score it 3.5/5.
It is a slots-first site on the ProgressPlay white-label network, and that operator received a £1,000,000 penalty from the UK Gambling Commission in May 2025. I tested SpinzWin in July 2026, and the mobile lobby and a quick PayPal withdrawal were the highlights.
- Licence: UK Gambling Commission, account 39335
- Operator: ProgressPlay Limited
- UKGC enforcement: £1m penalty (May 2025); £175,718 settlement (May 2022)
- Welcome offer: Welcome bonus up to £1,000 + 100 Free Spins on Starburst and Big Bad Wolf
- Games: 1,000+ slots, jackpots, live casino, bingo and a sportsbook

SpinzWin welcome offer: what you actually get
The welcome package is up to £1,000 plus 100 free spins on Starburst and Big Bad Wolf, and you need a £10 minimum deposit to get either. Your real balance is wagered first. The bonus must be wagered 10x within 30 days, and spin winnings 10x within 7 days. The caps do the real work: maximum conversion is £50 from the bonus and £20 from the spins, so about £70 in total is the realistic ceiling, whatever you deposit. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify, withdrawing voids any active bonus, and the offer is limited to 5 brands in the network, so if you have claimed at sister sites you may not be eligible. It suits a slots player making a modest deposit who wants short wagering. The free spins and any winnings from them are valid for 7 days, and the bonus amount and its winnings for 30 days. Full terms apply. The £1,000 figure is not a reason to deposit more. My guide to how UK casino bonuses work explains conversion caps.
The package is spread across five deposits of at least £10 each. Your first deposit gets 50 free spins on Starburst. The second gets a 25% match up to £200, the third 50% up to £200 and the fourth 25% up to £600, and the fifth brings 50 free spins on Big Bad Wolf. Each stage has its own 10x wagering and its own clock. Maxing out the fourth stage alone takes a £2,400 deposit, and the conversion cap still limits that bonus to £50 in cash, so the first three stages are where the value is.
You may see SpinzWin offers quoted elsewhere with 50x wagering and euro or dollar amounts. Those are the international terms, not the UK ones. Since 19 January 2026 UK casinos cannot set wagering above 10x, and the UK welcome package is the one above.
SpinzWin promotions for existing players
After the welcome package, SpinzWin runs the same rota of deposit promotions as the other ProgressPlay casinos. On 5 November 2026 its casino promotions page listed:
- Mystery Box: deposit with code MBOX for a random number of free spins, up to 100.
- Midweek Wheel of Prizes: a Wednesday deposit offer with code WED500 that awards a random number of free spins.
- Weekend Wheel of Spins: the weekend version, with code WKND500.
- November Reels & Rewards: a monthly deal of up to £250 in bonuses plus 105 free spins, claimed in three parts.
- Choose Your Rewards: a loyalty programme where you pick your rewards as you play.
The welcome package needs no bonus codes, but most of these reloads do. Each promotion needs an opt-in and a deposit, and any winning from the free spins carries its own wagering, so none of them is free money. Treat them as a small top-up on play you had planned anyway, and read the terms of each one before you deposit.

SpinzWin is operated by ProgressPlay Limited, and a UKGC licence means SpinzWin must verify your age and identity, hold player funds under its stated protection level, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. If a dispute isn’t resolved by the casino, you can take it to the independent ADR provider named in its terms. More on what the licence covers in What is the UKGC?
What other review sites and players say about SpinzWin
| Source | Rating | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| AskGamblers | CasinoRank 7.1/10 | 4 complaints: 3 resolved, 1 unresolved (a £7,000 withdrawal) |
| Casino.guru | Safety Index 6.6/10 | No complaints against SpinzWin; T&Cs rated unfair |
| LCB | Member rating 2.7/5 | Only 5 votes, so not counted; page mainly covers the international site |
| Casinomeister | No review | No Casinomeister review or rating for this casino (site search, 26 October 2026) |
| Trustpilot | TrustScore 3.0/5 | 19 reviews |
All figures checked on 26 October 2026. Ratings on these sites change; follow the links for the current numbers. Trustpilot and LCB ratings with fewer than 10 reviews or votes, or for a different domain, are shown but not counted in my score.
The third-party scores are mixed and point at the same weak spots. AskGamblers gives SpinzWin 7.1/10, with four complaints: three resolved and one unresolved over a £7,000 withdrawal. Casino.guru has no complaints against SpinzWin itself, but its Safety Index is 6.6/10 and it rates the terms as unfair. LCB members rate it 2.7/5, but from only 5 votes, too few to count in my score, and its page mainly covers the international, multi-currency SpinzWin site rather than the UK one. Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 3.0/5 from just 19 reviews. Recurring themes are delayed or unpaid withdrawals, scripted live chat, requests for documents and proof of income, and bonuses not being credited, though a few players report fast payouts and helpful chat. Casinomeister has not reviewed SpinzWin: its site search on 26 October 2026 returned no review page, so there is no Casinomeister rating or accreditation to report.
The operator, ProgressPlay Limited, has two UK Gambling Commission actions. On 9 May 2025 it received a £1,000,000 financial penalty, a formal warning and an extra licence condition requiring an independent audit, for anti-money-laundering and customer-interaction (safer gambling) failings. On 17 May 2022 it agreed a £175,718 regulatory settlement plus costs over similar failings. That record is why the licence part of my score is lower here.
SpinzWin casino games, slot games and live dealer tables
Registration took under 90 seconds, and the slots-first approach is obvious from the first login. New releases and popular titles are up front, and the Jackpot Slots, Megaways and Buy Bonus filters are genuinely useful if you know what kind of slot you want.
SpinzWin now says it has 1,000+ games. The studios I noted were Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming and Evolution, and its own pages also name Play’n GO and Blueprint Gaming. That is mid-range for the UK, but it is curated towards the categories slots players use most: Pragmatic titles such as Gates of Olympus and Dog House, Red Tiger’s jackpot slots, and Relax Gaming’s Money Train 3. Progressive jackpots sit in their own category, which saves some scrolling. The game reviews on its site also feature titles from Games Global, Light & Wonder, Spinomenal and Skywind, so the game providers go wider than the big four.
Live casino is Evolution, with roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows. It is smaller than at sites that lead with live dealer games. For a slots player who wants the odd live table, it is adequate. If live casino is your main interest, a site built around it will suit you better.
The same account also covers bingo, scratch cards, table games such as roulette and blackjack, and a sportsbook for sports betting. The sportsbook has its own separate free bet welcome offer for new sports customers, which this review does not cover. Bonus funds from the casino offer are only available on selected games, and contribution to wagering varies by game, so check the bonus terms before you take bonus play to the tables.
SpinzWin payment methods and withdrawals
SpinzWin accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal for bonus deposits. Skrill and Neteller are excluded from the welcome bonus, so if you want the offer, make your first deposit by debit card or PayPal. Credit cards are not accepted under UK rules.
In my July 2026 test, a PayPal withdrawal was processed in under 12 hours, which is among the quicker times I have recorded at UK casinos. That is quicker than SpinzWin’s own published figures, which I cover below, so treat it as a good result rather than the norm.
- PayPal: bonus eligible, under 12 hours in my test
- Visa / Mastercard debit: bonus eligible, 3 to 7 business days after processing
- Skrill and Neteller: not eligible for the welcome bonus
- Minimum bonus deposit: £10
SpinzWin’s own deposit and withdrawal pages, which I checked on 5 November 2026, add more detail:
- Other deposit methods: Apple Pay, Instant Bank Payments (minimum £20), Paysafecard (£10 to £700), Payz (minimum £20), Skrill and Neteller (£20 to £5,000), Neosurf (minimum £15) and PayviaPhone.
- PayviaPhone: a 15% fee is taken from every deposit, and it cannot receive withdrawals.
- Withdrawal times: one business day of processing on every method, then 1 business day for Skrill, Neteller and Instant Bank Payment, 3 business days for Payz, Apple Pay and Paysafecard, and 3 to 7 business days for debit cards and PayPal.
- Withdrawal fee: a processing fee of 1% on each withdrawal, capped at £3.
- Mastercard: the withdrawal page says Mastercard withdrawals are not available, so if you deposit by Mastercard you will need another method to cash out.
- Small balances: if your balance is below the minimum withdrawal, the terms say you can still withdraw it by contacting support.
One quick withdrawal is a good sign, but it is not the whole story. The complaints elsewhere about held withdrawals, one unresolved over £7,000, and requests for proof of income suggest larger cash-outs may take longer while checks are done. Keep your documents to hand before you request one. Your first withdrawal is the one most likely to wait for ID and proof of address checks, so upload them early. SpinzWin says card payments are processed to PCI security standards and that it uses encryption to protect your financial details.
SpinzWin mobile experience
Mobile is SpinzWin’s strongest point. I tested on Android Chrome in July 2026, and the lobby is built for thumbs: large game tiles, easy-to-reach category buttons for Megaways, Buy Bonus and Jackpots, and fast load times. It feels designed for phones rather than shrunk down from a desktop layout.
Search and filters worked properly on mobile, and the cashier did everything I needed without switching to a laptop. There is no native app, so the browser version is the product, and it is well done.
The live casino and the cashier also work in the mobile browser, so the full casino experience is there on a phone, not just the mobile casino games. If you mostly play slots on your phone, this is the part of SpinzWin you will notice most, and it is the main reason the score is not lower. If you were hoping for an app from the App Store or Google Play, there is not one. Desktop works, but it is clearly not where the effort has gone.
SpinzWin customer support and safer gambling
SpinzWin lists 24/7 support by live chat and email. Live chat answered in 2 minutes 30 seconds during my July 2026 test. I asked whether Buy Bonus features could be used while a bonus balance was active, and the agent told me they are switched off during bonus play. A direct answer, with no FAQ link offered in place of one. For a site aimed at active slots players, support that understands game features and bonus rules is useful.
That said, scripted live chat is one of the recurring complaints on Trustpilot, so my experience may be on the better side. If you raise anything about a withdrawal or an account check, keep a copy of the chat, or use email so the support team’s answer is in writing.
The usual UK safer gambling tools are available: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion either directly or through GAMSTOP. Given the operator’s 2025 penalty related to customer-interaction failings, I would set a deposit limit at sign-up rather than later.
How SpinzWin compares with other UK casino sites
SpinzWin casino sits among dozens of near-identical ProgressPlay brands, so the fairest comparison is with its own sister sites and with the wider UK market. Its 10x wagering is now standard, because every UK online casino has worked to the same cap since January 2026, so the welcome package does not stand out on terms. Where it falls behind the better UK casino sites is the £50 and £20 conversion caps, the 1% withdrawal fee and the operator’s regulatory record.
Where it does better than many is the mobile lobby and the steady run of free spin promotions for existing players. If you would rather play with no wagering strings at all, compare it with my no-wagering casinos list first. For every welcome offer ranked by fairness, see my best UK casino bonuses page.
How I scored SpinzWin
| Factor | Weight | Score /5 | How it is worked out |
|---|---|---|---|
| Licence and regulatory record | 30% | 3.0 | 5 for a clean UKGC record, 1 point off per enforcement action in the last five years |
| Third-party ratings | 30% | 3.3 | Average of AskGamblers CasinoRank, Casino.guru Safety Index, Casinomeister rating, LCB member rating and Trustpilot TrustScore, all converted to /5 (LCB and Trustpilot only with 10+ votes on the licensed site) |
| Complaint handling | 20% | 4.0 | 5 with no unresolved complaints on AskGamblers, Casino.guru, LCB or Casinomeister, falling as unresolved complaints rise |
| Bonus fairness | 20% | 3.0 | Wagering, conversion caps and how clearly the terms are shown |
| BonusBobcat score | 100% | 3.5 | Weighted total of 3.29, rounded to the nearest 0.5 |

Is SpinzWin worth joining? My verdict
SpinzWin is a slots-first UK casino on ProgressPlay Limited’s licence that I score 3.5/5. The mobile lobby is the best thing about it, and my PayPal withdrawal in July 2026 cleared in under 12 hours. The welcome package is advertised as up to £1,000 plus 100 free spins on Starburst and Big Bad Wolf for a £10 minimum deposit, with 10x wagering, but conversion is capped at £50 from the bonus and £20 from the spins. It suits phone-first slots players who treat the offer as worth about £70 at most.
The main caveat is the operator’s record. ProgressPlay received a £1,000,000 UK Gambling Commission penalty in May 2025 and agreed a settlement in 2022, both over anti-money-laundering and customer-interaction failings. Sister sites on the same network include Blue Fox Casino, and the welcome offer is limited to 5 brands in that network.
SpinzWin FAQs
Is SpinzWin licensed in the UK?
Yes. SpinzWin runs on ProgressPlay Limited's UK Gambling Commission licence (account 39335), where spinzwin.com is listed as a white-label domain. The operator received a £1,000,000 penalty in May 2025.
What is the wagering on the SpinzWin welcome bonus?
The bonus must be wagered 10x within 30 days, and winnings from the 100 free spins, which need a £10 minimum deposit, 10x within 7 days. Maximum conversion is £50 from the bonus and £20 from the spins.
Can I use Skrill or Neteller to claim the SpinzWin bonus?
No. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from the welcome bonus. Use a debit card or PayPal for your first deposit if you want the offer.
What is the SpinzWin network limit?
The welcome offer is limited to 5 brands within the ProgressPlay network. If you have already claimed welcome offers at sister sites, check the terms before registering, as you may not be eligible.
Is SpinzWin legit?
Yes. SpinzWin is a legitimate online casino on ProgressPlay Limited’s UK Gambling Commission licence, account 39335, and spinzwin.com is on the register. AskGamblers rates it 7.1/10 and Casino.guru 6.6/10. The weak points are one unresolved AskGamblers complaint over a £7,000 withdrawal and the operator’s two UKGC enforcement actions, in 2022 and 2025. It is a reasonably safe place to play as long as you verify your account early.
How long do SpinzWin withdrawals take?
SpinzWin’s withdrawal page lists one business day of processing, then 1 business day for Skrill, Neteller and Instant Bank Payment, 3 business days for Payz, Apple Pay and Paysafecard, and 3 to 7 business days for debit cards and PayPal. My PayPal withdrawal in July 2026 was processed in under 12 hours.
Does SpinzWin charge withdrawal fees?
Yes. Its withdrawal page says each withdrawal carries a processing fee of 1%, up to £3. PayviaPhone deposits also have a 15% fee taken off.
Play safely. Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a deposit limit before you start, and if it stops being fun, take a break or self-exclude with GamStop. Free, confidential support: BeGambleAware.org or the National Gambling Helpline. 18+ only.
