Rollbit Casino Review 2026: UK Site, Weak Ratings, Small Offer

Rollbit Casino is hard to recommend on the evidence available, and I rate it 2.5/5. The one thing you need to know is that rollbit.co.uk, the UK-licensed site, is not the same casino as rollbit.com, the offshore crypto site, and much of the bad press under the Rollbit name belongs to the offshore one.

This review is based on the published terms, the UK Gambling Commission register and third-party records, not my own testing yet. rollbit.co.uk runs on the UK licence of Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited as a white label, the same licence behind HotStreak, Jackpot Mobile and Royal Valley. That operator was fined £60,000 by the Gambling Commission in June 2025, which I cover below.

  • Licence: UK Gambling Commission, account 57869
  • Operator: Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited
  • UKGC enforcement: £60,000 penalty (June 2025)
  • Welcome offer: 50 Free Spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza when you deposit and wager £20

I checked these terms on the casino’s own promotions page (source, 27 October 2026).

The offer is 50 free spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza when you make a first deposit of £20 and stake £20 of your own cash on slots, having picked the promotion in the deposit drop-down before you pay. The spins are worth 10p each, so £5 in total, and they are credited within 7 days and last 7 days. The terms state no wagering on spin winnings, but anything above £50 is not paid, only one bonus can be active at a time, and it can be claimed once across the whole Grace Media network. If you have already had the spins at HotStreak or another Grace Media site, you cannot have them again here. Realistically this is a few pounds of extra play. It suits a slots player who was going to put £20 through anyway. My no-wagering casinos page lists similar offers.

Is Rollbit safe? Licence and regulatory record

Domain rollbit.co.uk
Operator Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited
UKGC account 57869 (public register)
Licence status Active (checked 27 October 2026)
Shares a licence with HotStreak Casino, Jackpot Mobile Casino and Royal Valley Casino (same Grace Media licence)
Regulatory action 26 June 2025: £60,000 financial penalty for breaches of remote self-exclusion and direct-marketing consent rules (UKGC notice)

Correction: rollbit.co.uk is a UK white label run by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited and is listed on the UKGC register. rollbit.com is a separate offshore crypto casino that is not on the register and not licensed for Great Britain; most third-party complaints under the Rollbit name concern rollbit.com.

A UKGC licence means Rollbit must verify your age and identity, hold player funds under its stated protection level, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. If a dispute isn’t resolved by the casino, you can take it to the independent ADR provider named in its terms. More on what the licence covers in What is the UKGC?

What other review sites and players say about Rollbit

Source Rating What it shows
AskGamblers No review No AskGamblers casino review; a 2022 forum thread alleging withheld winnings predates the UK site's 2024 launch, so it concerns rollbit.com
Casino.guru Safety Index 2.9/10 112 complaints (45 unresolved, 14 resolved, 53 rejected), but the list mixes in the offshore rollbit.com: 9 of the 10 most recent are crypto disputes. User feedback rated Bad (19 reviews); terms rated unfair
LCB No listing No LCB casino page for Rollbit; one forum complaint from April 2026 was closed because the casino did not respond, but it involved crypto deposits on the offshore rollbit.com
Casinomeister No review No Casinomeister review or rating for this casino (site search, 27 October 2026)
Trustpilot No profile for rollbit.co.uk The only large profile is for the offshore rollbit.com (TrustScore 1.6 from about 4,100 reviews), which is not the UK-licensed site, so I have not counted it

All figures checked on 27 October 2026. Ratings on these sites change; follow the links for the current numbers. Trustpilot and LCB ratings with fewer than 10 reviews or votes, or for a different domain, are shown but not counted in my score.

The third-party picture is poor, but it needs reading carefully. Casino.guru gives Rollbit Casino UK a Safety Index of 2.9/10, rates its user feedback as bad from 19 reviews, and rates the terms as unfair. Its UK page shows 112 complaints, 45 of them unresolved. However, that complaint list mixes in the offshore rollbit.com: when I checked, 9 of the 10 most recent complaints were disputes over crypto balances on the offshore site, and only one was labelled as the UK site. I could not confirm the split across all 112, so I have scored the page as published, which pulls the score down hard.

Elsewhere there is little to go on for the UK site. AskGamblers has no review, and the forum thread about withheld winnings dates from 2022, two years before the UK site launched. LCB has no casino listing, and its one Rollbit complaint involved crypto deposits. Trustpilot has no profile for rollbit.co.uk, and I have left out the rollbit.com profile. Casinomeister had no review on 27 October 2026. On the regulatory side, the licence is active, but Grace Media paid a £60,000 penalty in June 2025 over remote self-exclusion and direct-marketing consent rules. The Commission noted the firm cooperated and put the failures down to human error.

Rollbit UK and rollbit.com: two different casinos

This is the part most players get wrong, so it comes first. rollbit.co.uk is listed on the UK Gambling Commission register under Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, account 57869, with the status White Label. Grace Media and Rollbit announced the UK launch in July 2024. rollbit.com is not on that register. It is an offshore crypto casino and sportsbook, and it is not licensed to take players in Great Britain.

  • Payments: Rollbit UK’s terms ban cryptocurrency, credit cards and prepaid credit cards. If a site is asking you for crypto, it is not the UK one.
  • Protections: the UK site comes with UKGC rules on age and ID checks, self-exclusion, the 10x wagering cap on bonuses and a dispute route. The offshore site does not.
  • Reviews: much of the feedback you will find under the Rollbit name, including Trustpilot and most of Casino.guru’s complaints, is about rollbit.com.

None of that makes the UK site good by default, but it does mean you should check the address bar before you deposit. My review methodology explains why I only count ratings for the licensed domain.

Rollbit Casino games

I have not played here yet, so this is from the lobby and Casino.guru’s listing. The UK lobby is split into Our Picks, Featured, New, Fishing Favourites, Classic Slots, Drops and Wins, Megaways and Table Games. Casino.guru lists four providers: Pragmatic Play, Reel Kingdom, Atomic Slot Lab and Wild Streak Gaming.

Casino.guru records slots, roulette, live games, live blackjack and live roulette, but it also lists a limited game selection and no provider filter among the cons.

It is a slots-first site. If you want a large live casino or lots of table game variants, this is probably not the place. If you mostly play Pragmatic Play slots, the selection should cover the usual names. The terms also mention a sportsbook and esports betting rules, as they are shared across Grace Media brands, though I have not confirmed what betting the UK Rollbit site offers.

Rollbit Casino payments and withdrawals

I haven’t tested deposits or withdrawals here yet, so these are the published rules. Casino.guru lists seven deposit methods:

  • Visa and Mastercard debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • MuchBetter
  • Bank transfer

From the published terms:

  • Minimum deposit: £5, although the welcome offer needs £20.
  • Minimum withdrawal: £10. Anything smaller has to be requested through live chat, and there is no minimum when you close your account.
  • Where withdrawals go: back to the last method you deposited with, where possible.
  • Banned methods: credit cards, company cards, prepaid credit cards, crypto and anyone else’s payment method. Using one can mean winnings above your net deposits are confiscated.
  • Customer funds: Grace Media rates its arrangements as not protected under the Gambling Commission’s insolvency rating system. Your balance is held separately, but could be lost if the company went bust.

I could not find published withdrawal processing times or a maximum withdrawal limit in the terms. Balances left untouched for 24 months are treated as dormant.

Rollbit Casino mobile site and customer support

Rollbit UK describes itself as a mobile-first site and works in the browser. I have not tested it on a phone, so I cannot say how well it runs in practice. I did not find an app.

The support page lists live chat, available 24/7, 365 days a year, and a link to FAQs. No email address or phone number is shown on that page. When I checked on 27 October 2026, the FAQ link led to a 404 page and the promotions page returned a server error. That may be temporary.

Casino.guru says it found no customer support at all and lists no live chat as a con. That contradicts the casino’s own support page, so treat the chat as advertised but untested by me.

The footer links to a Safer Gambling page and the BeGambleAware helpline. If you need a break from all UK sites at once, my GamStop guide explains how self-exclusion works.

How I scored Rollbit

Factor Weight Score /5 How it is worked out
Licence and regulatory record 30% 4.0 5 for a clean UKGC record, 1 point off per enforcement action in the last five years
Third-party ratings 30% 1.4 Average of AskGamblers CasinoRank, Casino.guru Safety Index, Casinomeister rating, LCB member rating and Trustpilot TrustScore, all converted to /5 (LCB and Trustpilot only with 10+ votes on the licensed site)

Bonus fairness 20% 3.5 Wagering, conversion caps and how clearly the terms are shown
BonusBobcat score 100% 2.5 Weighted total of 2.73, rounded to the nearest 0.5

Rollbit pros and cons

Pros

  • Licensed by the UK Gambling Commission through Grace Media, separate from offshore rollbit.com
  • Welcome spins after a £20 deposit and £20 stake have no stated wagering on winnings
  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MuchBetter listed alongside debit cards
  • Low published minimums: £5 deposit and £10 withdrawal
  • Live chat advertised 24/7

Cons

  • Casino.guru Safety Index of 2.9/10, with terms rated unfair
  • Shares a name with offshore rollbit.com, whose complaints muddy every rating
  • Operator fined £60,000 in 2025 over self-exclusion and marketing consent
  • Spin winnings capped at £50, and one claim across the whole Grace Media network
  • FAQ and promotions pages were broken when I checked, and customer funds are not protected

Is Rollbit worth joining? My verdict

Rollbit Casino, at rollbit.co.uk, is a small UKGC-licensed slots site run by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited as a white label, and I rate it 2.5/5. It is a separate site from the offshore crypto casino rollbit.com, which is not licensed in Great Britain. The welcome offer is 50 free spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza after a first deposit of £20 and a £20 cash stake on slots, with no stated wagering on winnings and a £50 cap. This rating is based on published terms and third-party records, not my own testing yet.

The low score comes mostly from Casino.guru’s 2.9/10 Safety Index and 45 unresolved complaints, although most recent complaints on that page appear to concern rollbit.com. Add the operator’s £60,000 Gambling Commission penalty in June 2025, terms rated unfair and broken help pages, and there are better-supported options. If you do play, make sure you are on rollbit.co.uk, read the terms and set a deposit limit first.

Rollbit FAQs

Is Rollbit Casino licensed in the UK?

rollbit.co.uk is. It is run by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited under UK Gambling Commission account 57869 and is listed on the register as a white-label domain. rollbit.com is a separate offshore crypto site that is not on the register and not licensed for Great Britain.

Do I need to wager the winnings from the Rollbit free spins?

The terms state no wagering on winnings from the 50 free spins, which you get after a first deposit of £20 and a £20 cash stake on slots. Winnings are capped at £50, and the offer can be claimed only once across the Grace Media network.

Why does Rollbit have such a low rating on Casino.guru?

Casino.guru gives Rollbit Casino UK a Safety Index of 2.9/10, with 45 unresolved complaints and terms it rates as unfair. Its complaint list also includes the offshore rollbit.com, and 9 of the 10 most recent complaints I checked were crypto disputes on that site.

What is the minimum withdrawal at Rollbit UK?

The published terms set a £10 minimum withdrawal, with smaller amounts possible on request through live chat. The minimum deposit is £5, and withdrawals go back to your last deposit method where possible.

Play safely. Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a deposit limit before you start, and if it stops being fun, take a break or self-exclude with GamStop. Free, confidential support: BeGambleAware.org or the National Gambling Helpline. 18+ only.
