Fruity King Casino is a fair pick for a modest first deposit, but not one to trust blindly, and I rate it 3.0/5. The welcome offer is a 100% match up to £100 plus 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza with your first deposit of £10 or more, at 10x wagering, but the most you can convert from the bonus is the bonus amount itself, and spin winnings are capped at £20.
This review is based on Fruity King’s published terms and help pages, the Gambling Commission register and third-party records, not my own testing yet. The one thing to know: it runs on ProgressPlay Limited’s licence, the same as Monster Casino and MogoBet, and that operator was fined £1,000,000 by the Gambling Commission in May 2025. Player complaints at Fruity King centre on slow withdrawals and verification.

I checked these terms on the casino’s own promotions page (source, 27 October 2026).
New players who deposit at least £10, not using Skrill or Neteller, get a 100% bonus up to £100 plus 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza. Your real balance is played first, the bonus must be wagered 10x within 30 days, and spin winnings must be wagered 10x within 7 days. Only bonus bets count towards wagering, game contribution varies, and the bonus works on selected games only. The cap is the key term: you can convert at most 1x the bonus amount, so a £100 deposit gives a £100 bonus, £1,000 of wagering, and no more than £100 out, plus up to £20 from the spins. Asking for a withdrawal cancels any active or pending bonus, and the offer is limited to 5 brands across the network, so if you have already claimed at sister sites you may not qualify. It suits a slots player happy to clear 10x on a small balance. The terms page also flags single bets above 25% of your first deposit as irregular play while a bonus is active. My guide to wagering requirements shows how to work out the real cost.
Is Fruity King safe? Licence and regulatory record
| Domain | fruityking.co.uk |
|---|---|
| Operator | ProgressPlay Limited |
| UKGC account | 39335 (public register) |
| Licence status | Active (checked 27 October 2026) |
| Shares a licence with | the ProgressPlay white-label network (Monster, MogoBet, Blue Fox, Betrino, Betmaze, SlotSite, Vegas Mobile, SpinzWin and others) |
| Regulatory action | 9 May 2025: £1,000,000 financial penalty, a formal warning and an extra licence condition requiring an independent audit for anti-money-laundering and customer-interaction (safer gambling) failings (UKGC notice) |
| Regulatory action | 17 May 2022: £175,718 regulatory settlement plus costs for anti-money-laundering and customer-interaction failings (UKGC notice) |
Correction: The UKGC register lists www.fruityking.co.uk as a White Label domain under ProgressPlay Limited (account 39335). The affiliate landing page currently shows an all-markets €/$ version with 35x wagering and a 3x cap; that is not the UK offer.
A UKGC licence means Fruity King must verify your age and identity, hold player funds under its stated protection level, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. If a dispute isn’t resolved by the casino, you can take it to the independent ADR provider named in its terms. More on what the licence covers in What is the UKGC?
What other review sites and players say about Fruity King
| Source | Rating | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| AskGamblers | CasinoRank 6.7/10 | 1 unresolved complaint (a £145 bonus win not paid) |
| Casino.guru | Safety Index 6.4/10 | 6 complaints: 1 resolved, 2 unresolved, 3 rejected |
| LCB | Member rating 2/5 | 87 votes; no warnings listed |
| Casinomeister | No review | No Casinomeister review or rating for this casino (site search, 27 October 2026) |
| Trustpilot | TrustScore 1.6/5 | 38 reviews; slow withdrawals and repeated checks are the main complaints |
All figures checked on 27 October 2026. Ratings on these sites change; follow the links for the current numbers. Trustpilot and LCB ratings with fewer than 10 reviews or votes, or for a different domain, are shown but not counted in my score.
The sources agree that Fruity King is middling at best. Casino.guru gives it a Safety Index of 6.4/10, below average, and rates its terms as unfair; it lists 6 complaints, with 1 resolved, 2 unresolved and 3 rejected, mostly about delayed withdrawals, identity checks and one blocked account. AskGamblers is a little kinder at 6.7/10, with one unresolved complaint about a £145 bonus win that was not paid. Players are harsher. LCB members rate it 2/5 from 87 votes, and Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 1.6/5 from 38 reviews, where the recurring theme is withdrawals held for weeks by repeated checks. Casinomeister has not reviewed Fruity King: my search on 27 October 2026 found no review page, so there is no Casinomeister rating to report.
On the regulatory side, ProgressPlay Limited’s licence (account 39335) is active and lists www.fruityking.co.uk as a white-label domain. On 9 May 2025 the Commission gave ProgressPlay a £1,000,000 financial penalty, a formal warning and an extra licence condition requiring an independent audit, for anti-money-laundering and customer-interaction failings. In May 2022 it agreed a £175,718 regulatory settlement plus costs over similar failings. Neither action names Fruity King itself, but the same licence covers it.
Fruity King games and live casino
I haven’t played at Fruity King yet, so this is what the site and third-party listings show. The lobby is slots-led, with sections for live casino, jackpots, scratch cards, roulette and blackjack, plus sports betting and bingo. Casino.guru counts around 90 game providers and lists Pragmatic Play, Blueprint Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City among the most played, with titles such as Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and Fishin Frenzy Megaways. LCB lists more than 4,000 slots.
Live dealer tables are available, including live roulette, live blackjack and live baccarat, according to the site’s own menus.
If you are playing with the welcome bonus, two terms matter more than the game count:
- Contribution varies by game, and the bonus can only be used on selected games, so check the list before you play table games.
- Irregular play rules cover Martingale-style betting, covering most of the roulette table or both sides at baccarat, and any single bet above 25% of your first deposit while a bonus is active.
Fruity King payments and withdrawals
I haven’t tested withdrawals here yet, so these are the published details from Fruity King’s deposit, withdrawal and FAQ pages. Deposit options include debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, instant bank payments, Paysafecard, Payz, Skrill, Neteller, NeoSurf and pay by phone. The minimum deposit is £10, though Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer.
- Withdrawal fee: the terms charge 1% of each withdrawal, up to £3.
- Timing: the withdrawal page says requests are processed in 1 business day, then card and PayPal payouts take 3 to 7 business days; Skrill, Neteller and instant bank payments are listed at 1 business day.
- Minimum withdrawal: £2.50, or £50 by wire transfer.
- Pay by phone: a 15% fee on deposits, and it cannot be used for withdrawals.
- Mastercard: the withdrawal page says card withdrawals to Mastercard are not available.
Verification can take up to 3 working days once documents are received, which fits the complaint pattern on Trustpilot and Casino.guru. Sending ID before your first withdrawal is the sensible move. My UK casino payment methods guide compares the options.
Fruity King mobile site and customer support
Fruity King’s site menu links to a mobile casino page, but I haven’t tested the site on a phone yet, so I can’t speak for speed, layout or whether there is an app.
Support is by live chat and email, and the FAQ says the team is available 24/7. There is also a contact form with categories for deposit issues, cash-out issues and game problems. The FAQ covers the basics, but parts of it look out of date: its payment answer lists only Visa, Mastercard, Neteller and Skrill, while the deposit page lists far more. Where the two differ, I would trust the cashier.
Casino.guru notes that support is not always fast or helpful, and the unresolved AskGamblers complaint mentions emails going unanswered. For anything about a withdrawal, keep it in writing by email so you have a record.
Fruity King licence and safer gambling tools
Fruity King is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission through ProgressPlay Limited, and the site has a Responsible Gaming page and a Safe Play Hub. Its FAQ covers daily deposit limits, and as a UKGC-licensed site it must offer:
- Deposit limits
- Time-outs and reality checks
- Self-exclusion
- GAMSTOP participation
One registration with GAMSTOP blocks you from Fruity King and every other UK-licensed site. My GAMSTOP guide explains how to sign up.
Two smaller terms are worth knowing. An account unused for 12 months is classed as dormant, and after 30 days’ notice a £5 monthly fee can apply. And because ProgressPlay’s 2025 penalty was partly about customer-interaction failings, I would set your own deposit limit when you open the account rather than rely on the operator to step in.
How I scored Fruity King
| Factor | Weight | Score /5 | How it is worked out |
|---|---|---|---|
| Licence and regulatory record | 30% | 3.0 | 5 for a clean UKGC record, 1 point off per enforcement action in the last five years |
| Third-party ratings | 30% | 2.5 | Average of AskGamblers CasinoRank, Casino.guru Safety Index, Casinomeister rating, LCB member rating and Trustpilot TrustScore, all converted to /5 (LCB and Trustpilot only with 10+ votes on the licensed site) |
| Complaint handling | 20% | 3.0 | 5 with no unresolved complaints on AskGamblers, Casino.guru, LCB or Casinomeister, falling as unresolved complaints rise |
| Bonus fairness | 20% | 3.0 | Wagering, conversion caps and how clearly the terms are shown |
| BonusBobcat score | 100% | 3.0 | Weighted total of 2.86, rounded to the nearest 0.5 |

Fruity King pros and cons

- Large slots lobby with live roulette, blackjack and baccarat
- PayPal, Apple Pay and instant bank payments, with £10 minimum deposit
- Active UKGC licence, with the domain listed on the register
Cons
- Operator fined £1,000,000 in May 2025 and £175,718 in 2022
- Trustpilot TrustScore of 1.6/5 and LCB rating of 2/5, with withdrawal delays the main theme
- Casino.guru Safety Index of 6.4/10 and terms rated unfair
- 1% withdrawal fee up to £3, and a 15% fee on pay-by-phone deposits
- Offer excludes Skrill and Neteller and is limited to 5 brands in the network
Is Fruity King worth joining? My verdict
Fruity King Casino is a UKGC-licensed slots site run by ProgressPlay Limited, and I rate it 3.0/5. New players who deposit £10 or more, not using Skrill or Neteller, get a 100% bonus up to £100 plus 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, with 10x wagering on both and a cap of 1x the bonus amount, plus £20 from the spins.
It suits a slots player who wants a modest match bonus with low wagering and is willing to verify early. The main caveats are the operator’s £1,000,000 Gambling Commission penalty from May 2025, weak player ratings built on withdrawal delays, a 1% withdrawal fee, and a 5-brand limit that may rule you out if you have claimed at a sister site such as MogoBet. This rating is based on published terms and third-party records, not my own testing.
