Fruity Wins Casino Review 2026: 50 Spins, Capped at £50

Fruity Wins Casino is a reasonable pick if you want a plain slots site with a simple first-deposit offer, and I rate it 4.0/5. The one thing to know before you pay in: the 50 free spins only come if you choose the offer in the deposit drop-down, then deposit £20 and wager £20 of your own cash on slots, and anything they win above £50 is not paid.

This review is based on the casino’s published terms and help pages, the Gambling Commission register and third-party review sites, not my own testing yet. Fruity Wins runs on the UK licence of Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, the same as HotStreak, Jackpot Mobile and Royal Valley, and that operator was fined £60,000 by the Commission in June 2025, which I cover below.

4.0/5BonusBobcat score
  • Licence: UK Gambling Commission, account 57869
  • Operator: Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited
  • UKGC enforcement: £60,000 penalty (June 2025)
  • Welcome offer: 50 Free Spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza when you deposit and wager £20

I checked these terms on the casino’s own promotions page (source, 27 October 2026).

New customers who select the offer in the deposit drop-down, deposit £20 or more and wager £20 cash on slots with that first deposit get 50 free spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza. The spins are worth 10p each, £5 in total, are credited within 7 days and last 7 days once credited. The terms state no wagering on spin winnings, but the most you can take from them is £50, and the offer can be claimed once across the whole Grace Media network, so if you have already had it at HotStreak or another sister site, you will not get it here. Realistically, £5 of spins will usually return a few pounds, not £50. It suits a slots player who was going to put £20 through anyway, not someone hoping the spins will cover the deposit. It is the same deal HotStreak runs, and my no-wagering casinos page lists similar offers.

Is Fruity Wins safe? Licence and regulatory record

Domain fruitywins.co.uk
Operator Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited
UKGC account 57869 (public register)
Licence status Active (checked 27 October 2026)
Shares a licence with HotStreak Casino, Jackpot Mobile Casino and Royal Valley Casino (same Grace Media licence)
Regulatory action 26 June 2025: £60,000 financial penalty for breaches of remote self-exclusion and direct-marketing consent rules (UKGC notice)

Correction: fruitywins.co.uk is on Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited's UKGC domain list (status shown as White Label); the casino itself runs at casino.fruitywins.co.uk. LCB's listing is for the old Nektan-era site and says it closed in August 2020, so its rating is not counted.

A UKGC licence means Fruity Wins must verify your age and identity, hold player funds under its stated protection level, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. If a dispute isn’t resolved by the casino, you can take it to the independent ADR provider named in its terms. More on what the licence covers in What is the UKGC?

What other review sites and players say about Fruity Wins

Source Rating What it shows
AskGamblers CasinoRank 6.8/10 No complaints; no player ratings yet
Casino.guru Safety Index 6.8/10 No complaints about this casino (4 about linked casinos); terms rated unfair; not enough user ratings
LCB Member rating 1.9/5 13 votes, but the listing is for the old site and says it closed in August 2020, so not counted; no complaints or warnings listed
Casinomeister No review No Casinomeister review, rating or forum threads found for this casino (search, 27 October 2026)
Trustpilot No profile found No Trustpilot page for fruitywins.co.uk turned up

All figures checked on 27 October 2026. Ratings on these sites change; follow the links for the current numbers. Trustpilot and LCB ratings with fewer than 10 reviews or votes, or for a different domain, are shown but not counted in my score.

The third-party picture is thin but consistent. Casino.guru gives Fruity Wins a Safety Index of 6.8/10 and AskGamblers a CasinoRank of 6.8/10, so the two big review sites land in exactly the same middling place. Neither lists a complaint about this casino, and neither has enough player ratings to say much. Casino.guru does rate the terms as unfair, and it counts a handful of complaints against linked casinos on the same platform, which pull its score down a little. LCB still has a page for Fruity Wins with a 1.9/5 member rating from 13 votes, but that page is about the old version of the site under a previous operator and says it closed in August 2020, so I have not counted it. I found no Trustpilot profile for fruitywins.co.uk, and Casinomeister has not reviewed Fruity Wins: searches on 27 October 2026 turned up no review, rating or forum thread.

On the regulatory side, the licence is active and fruitywins.co.uk is on Grace Media’s domain list, but the operator paid a £60,000 penalty in June 2025 for breaches of the remote self-exclusion and direct-marketing consent rules. It is the same action that counts against HotStreak, Jackpot Mobile and Royal Valley, because it is the same licence.

Fruity Wins games and software

The games page listed 1,301 titles when I checked on 27 October 2026. That is a mid-sized lobby, and it leans on three main suppliers, according to the provider filter:

  • Pragmatic Play, with 584 games.
  • Relax Gaming, with 439.
  • Bragg, with 249.

Below those sit studios such as Big Time Gaming, Inspired, Gaming Corps, Gamomat, Eyecon and 4ThePlayer. You can also filter by theme, with sections for Megaways slots, classic fruit machines and a small instant-win and crash category.

What I could not find is a live dealer studio. None appears in the provider filter, so if live blackjack or roulette is your main game, this is probably not the site for you. AskGamblers also lists limited game filters as a weakness. From the published lobby, Fruity Wins looks like a slots site first and last.

Fruity Wins payments and withdrawals

I haven’t tested a withdrawal at Fruity Wins yet, so these are the published methods and limits from its help pages and terms.

  • Methods: Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, pay by bank through Trustly, and MuchBetter. Apple Pay and Google Pay logos also appear on the site. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
  • Minimums: £5 to deposit and £10 to withdraw. Smaller withdrawals have to be requested through live chat.
  • Maximum: £10,000 per withdrawal. Above that, you request it in several parts.
  • Timing: up to 48 hours for review and processing, then 1 to 5 working days depending on method. The published tables suggest PayPal and Trustly are the quicker routes.

I found no withdrawal fee in the terms. Withdrawals go back to your last deposit method where possible, and using someone else’s card or wallet is banned: if the casino finds a third-party method, it keeps any winnings above what you deposited. Note that the £5 minimum deposit will not trigger the welcome spins, which need £20. My UK casino payment methods guide compares the main options.

Fruity Wins customer support and mobile

The support page lists three ways to get help: live chat, email and SMS. The casino says live chat runs 24/7, every day of the year, and an FAQ with sections on verification, payments, bonuses and safer gambling.

The review sites do not quite agree on the chat hours. Casino.guru rates the live chat as good, with an average response of about 2 minutes across its tests, but says it is not round the clock. AskGamblers’ write-up mentions limited chat hours while its own details panel says 24/7. I have not contacted support myself yet, so I would treat the casino’s own page as the current position and keep email as a backup. For anything about a withdrawal, email also gives you a written record.

There is no app to download. Fruity Wins runs in the browser, and AskGamblers lists its mobile-friendly design as a plus. I haven’t tried it on a phone yet, so I cannot add anything first-hand on load times or layout.

Fruity Wins licence and safer gambling

The site footer names Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited as the operator, licensed by the Gambling Commission under reference 57869, and fruitywins.co.uk is listed on that account’s domain list. The casino itself runs at casino.fruitywins.co.uk. The licence covers remote casino and bingo, with betting added in June 2025.

As a UK-licensed site, Fruity Wins must be part of GAMSTOP, so one registration with the scheme blocks you from it and every other UK-licensed casino. My GAMSTOP guide explains how to sign up. There is a Safer Gambling page and an Underage Gambling page linked from the footer.

The operator’s June 2025 penalty was partly about remote self-exclusion, which is exactly what those tools are for. The Commission noted the firm cooperated and put the failures down to human error, and that remedial action was taken. That does not mean the tools are broken today, but it is a good reason to set your own deposit limit when you open an account.

Is Fruity Wins worth joining? My verdict

Fruity Wins Casino is a UKGC-licensed slots site run by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and I rate it 4.0/5. Its welcome offer is 50 free spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza, worth 10p each, when new customers select the offer, deposit £20 and wager £20 cash on slots with their first deposit; the terms state no wagering on spin winnings, which are capped at £50. Casino.guru and AskGamblers both score it 6.8/10 and neither lists a complaint against it.

It suits slots players who want an uncomplicated first deposit and a mainstream lobby, not live casino fans. The main caveats are the operator’s £60,000 Gambling Commission penalty from June 2025 over self-exclusion and marketing consent, terms that Casino.guru rates as unfair, and very little player feedback anywhere. This review is based on published terms and third-party records rather than my own testing, so read the terms and set a deposit limit before you play.

Fruity Wins FAQs

Is Fruity Wins Casino licensed in the UK?

Yes. Fruity Wins is run by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited under UK Gambling Commission account 57869, and fruitywins.co.uk is on that account’s domain list. The operator received a £60,000 penalty in June 2025 for breaches of self-exclusion and marketing consent rules.

Does the Fruity Wins welcome bonus have wagering?

The terms state no wagering on winnings from the 50 free spins, which you get by selecting the offer in the deposit drop-down, depositing £20 and wagering £20 cash on slots with your first deposit. Winnings from the spins are capped at £50, and the offer can be claimed once across the Grace Media network.

Is Fruity Wins Casino closed?

No. LCB’s page says Fruity Wins closed in August 2020, but that refers to the old site under a previous operator. The current site at casino.fruitywins.co.uk was live on 27 October 2026 and the domain is on the UKGC register.

How long do Fruity Wins withdrawals take?

The casino says to allow up to 48 hours for a withdrawal to be reviewed and processed, then 1 to 5 working days for the money to arrive, depending on the method. The minimum withdrawal is £10 and the maximum per request is £10,000.

Play safely. Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a deposit limit before you start, and if it stops being fun, take a break or self-exclude with GamStop. Free, confidential support: BeGambleAware.org or the National Gambling Helpline. 18+ only.
